Job Role: International Voice Process - US Healthcare

Job Location: Hyderabad, Chennai

Eligibility:

• Intermediate (10+2) or Any Graduate
• Freshers from 2023,2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-out batches are preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for international healthcare clients.
• Resolve customer queries professionally through voice support.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in English.
• Strong grammar, pronunciation, and sentence formation.
• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
• Ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
