Role - Customer Experience Associate II (Voice Process)

Candidate must be fluent in English

• Work from office
• 5 days working & 2 day rotational week off
• Flexible with any shift (Night Shift)
• Employment duration : 3 Months contract

Salary & Benefits:

For Fresher: 23k Take Home

For Experienced - Up to 28k Take Home

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:12th / Graduate(Any stream)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Understand and resolve customer queries
• Mostly outbound customer calling
• Update customer details in CRM
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards
• Meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets
