Role & responsibilities

• Ticketing Executive is responsible for managing customer inquiries related to civil maintenance and ensuring timely resolution.
• Acknowledge receipt of enquiries and provide updates on the status of their requests.
• Interact with customers to gather necessary information from clients regarding their maintenance requirements, including scope, urgency, and location.
• Maintain accurate records of all enquiries, including client details, service requests, actions taken, and resolutions in system.
• Collaborate with other Engineering team to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards in all customer interactions.
• Address customer concerns empathetically and professionally.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in Civil Maintenance, Construction Quality, Customer Service or a similar role
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns and complaints
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
