Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, and abandon rate.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
• Ability to work on blended processes (voice & non-voice) including domestic processes.
