Job Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical claims to identify outstanding payments and billing discrepancies.
• Follow up with US insurance companies regarding pending, denied, or underpaid claims.
• Work on assigned accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely resolution and reimbursement.
• Verify insurance eligibility, coverage details, and claim status.
• Document call outcomes and maintain accurate records of all follow-up activities.
• Prioritize pending claims based on aging and payment status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues and payment delays.
• Escalate complex claim-related concerns to the appropriate stakeholders as required.
• Adhere to quality standards and productivity targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexible to work in night shifts.
