- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management tools.
- Strong understanding of client communication and support processes.
- Ability to analyze and interpret client issues to provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software applications and their functionalities.

Additional Information:

- Any graduate freshers are eligible.
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
