Job Title: Sales Executive Banking & Financial Services (Freshers Welcome)

Location- Chennai and Across Tamil Nadu

Want to start your career in banking and financial services? We’re hiring enthusiastic, customer-focused freshers for field sales roles supporting leading banks and NBFCs. You’ll work with customers to understand their needs and connect them with suitable banking products, with training and on-the-job support to help you get started.

Product areas may include:

• CASA and savings/current account acquisition
• Account opening and customer onboarding
• Home loan lead generation and sales
• Other banking and financial products, based on the assigned client

What you’ll do:

• Meet prospective customers in the field and explain relevant products
• Generate leads through referrals, local outreach and market visits
• Help customers understand application requirements and complete documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and bank/NBFC representatives to move applications forward
• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate lead and sales records
• Work towards individual and team targets while providing a good customer experience
