Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and ambitious fresh graduates to join our HR team as Management Trainees – HR Recruiters. This role is ideal for candidates who wish to build a career in recruitment and human resources. Selected candidates will receive practical training and exposure to the complete recruitment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand job requirements shared by clients and internal hiring managers.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidate profiles based on required qualifications, experience, and communication skills.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview, selection, and joining process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
• Support the team in achieving recruitment targets and turnaround timelines.
• Learn HR recruitment processes, market mapping, candidate engagement, and client coordination.

Candidate Requirements

• Any graduate degree.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and job portals will be an advantage.
• Candidates available to work from the Avadi location are preferred.

• Previous internship experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or customer service.
