Key Requirements

• Freshers with a Commerce background (B.Com/M.Com/BBA/BBM/MBA Finance/Commerce).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Business processes will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in US Shift/Night Shift.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to work from Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day business and operational activities.
• Process transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
• Maintain records and prepare reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
