Job Summary
We are looking for a Yardi/RentCafe specialist with hands-on experience supporting property marketing websites and digital marketing initiatives. The resource will work with the clients property management and marketing teams to manage, configure, and enhance RentCafe and Yardi Websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain RentCafe and Yardi property websites.
• Configure and update property listings, floor plans, amenities, pricing, availability, promotions, and other website content.
• Support property marketing and digital campaigns across RentCafe/Yardi platforms.
• Customize website content, layouts, images, banners, and marketing components.
• Work with marketing teams to ensure properties are accurately represented and optimized for lead generation.
• Troubleshoot website/content issues and coordinate with Yardi support when required.
• Support integrations between Yardi, RentCafe, ILS platforms, and other property marketing systems.
• Perform website QA and validate content, links, forms, property information, and user experience.
• Provide offshore support for ongoing enhancements, updates, and maintenance.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager / Yardi ecosystem.
• Strong experience with RentCafe and Yardi Websites.
• Understanding of property marketing / multifamily real estate marketing.
• Experience managing property website content and digital assets.
• Knowledge of SEO, website analytics, lead generation, and digital marketing is preferred.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web content management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Yardi integrations and Internet Listing Services (ILS).
• Experience working with multiple properties/communities.
• Ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model and overlap with US business hours.
