Associate Consultant: Workday

Design and implementation of Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics solutions. Acts as a subject matter expert in data modeling, report optimization, and analytics strategy. Drives client discussions, builds advanced data pipelines, and delivers actionable insights through reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards
• Lead Prism Analytics architecture, datasets, and data pipelines
• Define data models, transformations, and data governance strategies
• Drive reporting strategy and analytics roadmap discussions with clients
• Develop complex calculated fields and custom data sources
• Optimize report performance and scalability
• Lead testing strategy, validation, and defect resolution
• Provide advanced analytics insights and recommendations
• Mentor L2 consultants and review reporting deliverables
• Support Workday releases and new feature adoption
