Role Overview:
We are looking for a RM- Wealth Division to drive PMS business through HNI/UHNI client acquisition, relationship management, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and onboard HNI/UHNI clients for PMS offerings.
• Generate leads through calling, references, networking, and existing databases.
• Explain PMS strategies, investment approach, performance, and risks to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve PMS sales and AUM targets.
• Conduct client meetings and follow up with prospective investors.
• Coordinate with research, operations, and compliance teams for smooth onboarding.
• Ensure client communication and sales activities follow applicable SEBI guidelines.
  

Requirements:

• 26 years of experience in PMS, wealth management, investment advisory, broking, or financial services.
• Qualification: Graduate/ MBA
• Good knowledge of PMS and equity markets.
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• HNI client handling and PMS sales experience preferred.
• Relevant NISM certification will be an added advantage.
