Hiring For voice & Non-voice For International Process

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer support, service requests, or technical assistance via voice or non-voice channels (Email/Chat).
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality service standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the internal database or CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly productivity and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum High School Graduate (12th Pass) / Undergraduates / Graduate
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant international BPO experience are also encouraged.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, active listening, and basic computer navigation skills.
• Work Shift: Willingness to work in flexible / rotational shifts (including night shifts) aligned with international business hours.

Salary & Compensation Package

• Freshers: 18,000 to 25,000 In-Hand salary per month.
• Experienced Candidates: 25,000 to Upto 40,000 In-Hand salary per month (commensurate with previous experience and interview performance).
• Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives and bonuses over and above the fixed salary.
