Hiring For VIP Support Engineer, Lower Parel

Role & responsibilities

• Provide L2 onsite/remote technical support to VIP users and senior management.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware and software issues.
• Handle Active Directory, O365/Microsoft 365, Outlook and MS Teams issues.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers and peripheral devices.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM/ticketing tools.
• Provide remote support using remote assistance tools.
• Support VDI/virtual desktop environments at a basic troubleshooting level.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
• Ensure timely resolution of VIP incidents as per SLA.
• Coordinate with L3, network, security and application teams for complex issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Provide professional and customer-focused support to VIP users.
