Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for our Inbound Sales & Upselling process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to upsell products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.
• Promote and upsell relevant products/services.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Achieve sales and performance targets.

Eligibility:

• UG/Graduate candidates can apply.
• Minimum 12 months of customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in the US shift (starting from 6 PM).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary up to 28,000 (12+ months experience) / 32,000 (18+ months experience).
• Attractive PLI and lucrative performance incentives.
• Both-side cab facility.
• Location: Noida.
• Age limit: Up to 39 years.
