Role & responsibilities

• Review and process healthcare claims in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Verify patient eligibility and benefits to ensure claims are valid.
• Analyze claims for accuracy and completeness, identifying any discrepancies or issues.
• Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to resolve claims-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements in all claims processing activities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims processed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate
• Previous experience in healthcare/Insurance Life/Group benefits claims processing
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Typing speed of 25 wpm with an accuracy of 80%
