• Handle customer queries and provide accurate and professional resolutions.
• Assist customers with service and account-related concerns.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet assigned quality, productivity and customer service targets.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Minimum 6 Months of BPO Experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• International BPO / Customer Support experience will be an added advantage.
