Role & responsibilities

• Handle airline/travel queries through voice and chat.
• Assist with bookings, cancellations, rebooking, refunds, and itinerary changes.
• Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, baggage, and airline policies.
• Resolve customer issues while ensuring high service quality and satisfaction.
• Follow SOPs, SLAs, quality, and compliance standards.
• Use travel systems to manage bookings, fares, and passenger details.
• Maintain accurate records and achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Work in rotational 247 shifts with rotational offs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers with a Diploma/Certification in Travel & Tourism are also eligible.
• Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant travel industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with GDS Amadeus or Sabre is preferred/required.
• Good knowledge of flight booking, ticketing, rebooking, cancellations, refunds, and fare rules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of travel processes and airline policies.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
