Role & responsibilities

The Total Rewards & Payroll Specialist GAPAC supports the delivery of Total Rewards programs across GAPAC, including APAC, India, China and Taiwan, while also providing payroll operational support for APAC and/or India. The role will partner closely with HR, Finance, HR Operations, business stakeholders, external payroll providers and benefit vendors to ensure accurate and compliant delivery of compensation, benefits and payroll processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Approximately 47 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations or a related discipline. • Experience supporting multiple countries within APAC is strongly preferred.
