Key Responsibilities

• Client Escalations: Manage client escalations, ensure timely resolution, and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Customer Success: Build strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive successful service delivery.
• Client Experience: Enhance the end-to-end client journey through feedback, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Client Retention: Identify at-risk clients, minimize churn, and implement proactive retention strategies.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics, client health, escalations, satisfaction, and retention to drive data-led decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CT, Operations, BD, Sales, Technology, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve client outcomes.
• Process Improvement: Streamline processes, define escalation frameworks, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Ensure effective communication, timely follow-ups, and alignment between clients and internal teams.
