• Strong software development experience using Java and Spring Boot.
• Expertise in Microservices Architecture and Event-Driven Systems.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with Relational Databases.
• Understanding of J2EE concepts is an added advantage.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and secure coding standards.

AI / Generative AI

• Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI projects.
• Strong understanding of:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Generative AI applications
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI Agents
• Prompt Engineering
• AI Solution Architecture
• Understanding of AI project lifecycle, model evaluation, responsible AI practices, and production deployment.

Program Management

• Proven experience managing complex technical programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Experience working in Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe environments.
• Strong risk management, planning, estimation, and execution skills.
