Role & responsibilities

1. Experience in conducting card fraud investigations, reviewing suspicious transactions, identifying fraud patterns, and escalating confirmed fraud cases in accordance with established procedures. 2. Proven ability to lead and manage teams, driving operational excellence, productivity, quality, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). 3. Expertise in fraud prevention controls, transaction monitoring systems, fraud analytics, and best practices for minimizing customer and financial losses. 4. Oversee investigation and resolution of customer dispute cases involving Skimming, Card Not Received, Account Takeover, Lost/Stolen Cards, and Account Number Misuse, ensuring accurate and timely resolution 5. Monitor key fraud metrics and performance indicators, ensuring timely resolution of fraud s and continuous process improvement. 6. Drive calibration sessions, quality reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance investigator effectiveness and maintain consistency in decision-making. 7. Support the implementation of fraud mitigation strategies, process enhancements, and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Banking domain (Card Fraud investigation) Preferred Skills: 1. Flexible to work in an office environment with CST & EST time zone. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex compliance concepts to non-compliance stakeholders.
