Job Title: Customer Support Executive Email & Chat / Voice Process (Tata Digital)

Job Description:-
Tata Digital is hiring Customer Support Executives for Email & Chat and Voice Process roles. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• HSC passed with BPO experience OR Graduate Fresher
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
• Good English communication skills required

Shift Timings:-

• Female Candidates: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Male Candidates: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Salary Details:-

• CTC: 22,500 per month
• In-hand Salary: 18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle customer queries via email, chat, and voice support
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Required Skills:-

• Good verbal and written English communication
• Basic computer knowledge
• Typing efficiency and multitasking ability
• Customer handling skills
