Position: Customer Support Executive
Qualification: Graduate Fresher
Communication: Good English Communication Skills required
Experience: Freshers can apply

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM 8:00 PM
Any 9-hour shift within the given window
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: Rotational

Salary:
• 16,000/- In-Hand
• 18,000/- In-Hand for Linguistic Candidates

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls and queries.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain good customer service standards.
