Key requirements:

3 - 10 years of experience in US Talent Acquisition
Experience hiring frontline roles such as Sales Representatives, Customer Service Representatives, Pest Technicians, etc.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening
Exposure to Background Verification (BGV) coordination
Hands-on experience with Workday ATS
Good understanding of US recruitment processes and compliance
Immediate Joiners Required.
