• Store Excellence & Standards: Maintain high standards of store hygiene, cleanliness, and visual presentation. Ensure store-level health check-ups and compliance protocols are regularly conducted.
• Customer Engagement: Execute standard customer outreach/calling processes to build strong customer relationships and drive repeat visits.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Work towards increasing average bill value (ABV) and customer throughput daily to achieve targeted revenue goals.
