Job Description Executive / Senior Executive (Hormone Packing)

Department: Production OSD Packing
Experience: 8–12 Years
Qualification: B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy
Preferred Experience: USFDA-regulated pharmaceutical plant

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical tablet packing operations.
• Knowledge of BMAX Plus and Hoonga cartoning machines, including operation, troubleshooting, and line optimization.
• Experience with blister packing, cartonating, serialization, and track-and-trace systems.
• Knowledge of equipment qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), commissioning, and validation documentation.
• Experience in QMS, deviation investigation, root cause analysis, CAPA, and change control.
• Participate in technical discussions, URS review, vendor coordination, and greenfield project readiness.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, data integrity, and packaging documentation requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical packing equipment, serialization systems, and USFDA-regulated manufacturing facilities will be preferred.
