YOUR ROLE As a Senior Customer Experience Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will play an important role in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Be the first point of contact for customers and assist them with their queries.
• Handle delivery, tracking, shipment and return-related issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate updates regarding orders and deliveries.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer interactions professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy and care.
• Resolve customer issues while following the required process and guidelines.
• Provide solutions that help build customer trust and long-term loyalty.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for candidates who have:

Any Graduate – Freshers can apply
UG candidates with minimum 6 months BPO experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable communicating with US customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment
Must be comfortable working in night shifts
Candidates with BPO / Customer Support / International Voice Process experience will be preferred
