WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You'll be the voice of the company interacting with customers, understanding their concerns and making sure they receive the right support.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer calls professionally.
• Understanding customer requirements and queries.
• Providing quick and effective solutions.
• Maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Following the required process and quality standards.
• Achieving assigned performance and quality targets.
• Escalating complicated issues when required.
• Ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Good verbal communication skills
Confidence while speaking with customers
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive and professional attitude
Willingness to work from Gurgaon
Flexibility for rotational/night shifts, wherever applicable

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION

• Freshers can apply for eligible openings.
• Graduates and undergraduates can apply as per process requirements.
• Candidates with BPO, Voice Process, Customer Support or Customer Service experience are welcome.
• Immediate joiners and short-notice candidates will be preferred.
