Hiring For Sr Associate / Lead Account management

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, R2R (Reverse Engineering), P2P (Process to Pay), O2C Collections, AR Collection, B2B Collection processes.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve overall efficiency.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance & accounts.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts domain.
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
