Sourcing Manager

• Build, expand, and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and channel partners (CPs) to secure a steady stream of buyer leads.
• Train channel partners and brokers on project specifications, pricing, amenities, and builder offerings.
• Good Communication

Closing Manager

• Taking up end to end ownership of the project
• Good with Strategic negotiation and closing
• Great personality and communication
• Proficiency with Gujarati Language
• Females Preferred
