Hiring For Social Media Manager - Delhi

About the Role We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead and grow the social media presence of Seth M. R. Jaipuria Schools. The role will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, coordinating with schools, managing online communities, and using analytics to improve reach, engagement and brand visibility

1. Social Media Strategy

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with school and brand objectives.
• Manage and grow the school's social media presence across relevant platforms.
• Build monthly and annual content calendars covering admissions, events, achievements, academics, student stories, faculty and school initiatives.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes and emerging content formats.

2. Content Creation & Management

• Develop and curate compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Create and manage static posts, carousels, reels, stories and short-form videos.
• Write engaging captions and campaign messaging while maintaining the brand's tone and guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, students, Principals and school teams to highlight achievements, events and unique aspects of the school.

3. School & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with school teams to collect photographs, videos, achievements and event updates.

• Create a structured process for timely content submission, approvals and publishing.

• Ensure consistency of communication across schools while capturing relevant local stories

4. Community Management

• Monitor comments, messages, mentions and conversations across social media channels.

• Respond to queries and comments in a timely, professional and brand-aligned manner.

• Identify recurring audience concerns and opportunities and escalate sensitive matters appropriately.

5. Campaign & Paid Social

• Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns for admissions, events, launches and key brand initiatives.

• Support paid social campaigns to reach prospective parents and relevant audiences.

• Track campaign performance and optimize content and targeting based on results
