Key Responsibilities

• Monitor data and business metrics to identify unusual trends, issues, or opportunities.
• Investigate data and product-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long-term solutions.
• Support customer queries and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Manage customer portfolio onboarding activities and quarterly data updates.
• Track industry trends and competitor developments in the insurance market and share relevant insights with stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Create reports and dashboards to provide visibility into business and operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting/dashboarding tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
• Experience in customer support, business operations, or product analytics roles.
• Knowledge of insurance claims and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product operations, insurance operations, or a similar role.
