Hiring for Senior Vice President – BD, Joint Ventures & M&A for Emerging Market

Position: Senior Vice President

Department – BD, Joint Ventures & M&A

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: Director

Experience: 25+yrs

We are looking for a senior leader to drive business growth and manage Joint Ventures, M&A, and strategic partnerships in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential acquisition targets and JV partners.
• Support due diligence, valuation, deal structure, and transaction closing.
• Develop and manage the M&A and Joint Venture in Emerging Markets.
• Evaluate business financial performance, and risks in JV's.
• Lead M&A and JV discussions and negotiations.
• Build strong relationships with business owners, investors, partners, and industry leaders.
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, Strategy, Operations, and another Cross functional team
• Present major opportunities and deals to the Director and Board.

Requirements:

• 25+ years of experience in Business Development, M&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategy.
• Strong experience in M&A, Joint Ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Experience in emerging or international markets.
• Good understanding of valuation, financial analysis, and due diligence.
