Hiring For Senior Research Scientist - Formulation R&D || Gurugram

Walter Bushnell is seeking an experienced Formulation R&D Specialist (68 years) to lead solid oral dosage (OSD) product development from initial concept to commercial launch.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new products from concept to market launch, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Conduct formulation development activities for solid oral dosage forms (tablets) using OSD technology.
  
• Perform literature search, PDR, MFR, and exhibit batches preparation to support product development life cycle.
  
• Lead scale up and stability studies efforts to ensure successful technology transfer from lab to plant.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to formulations, manufacturability, and quality control.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in formulation research & development (R&D).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharma) from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  
• Proven track record of successfully developing new products from concept to commercialization.
