Job Description

We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused professionals to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Associate/Senior Business Development Associate, you will engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend suitable learning solutions, and drive revenue through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through calls and virtual meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
• Counsel and guide prospects throughout the decision-making process.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer success.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, EdTech, or Customer-Facing roles.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Candidates with EdTech sales experience will be preferred.
