Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team focusing on Wealth Management and Trade Settlement processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile practices and will be responsible for guiding our teams towards successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Guide the team in applying Agile principles and practices to ensure effective delivery of project goals.
Assist in prioritizing and managing the product backlog with stakeholders and product owners.
Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of trade settlements and conciliation processes.
Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on Scrum practices and Agile methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

7-12 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar position within the financial services industry, particularly in Wealth Management and Trade Settlement.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and leading Agile teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues in a timely manner.
Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Experience with trade settlement processes and trade conciliation in a financial context.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
