About this role
Job Summary:
Deloitte India is looking for dynamic and technically strong SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) professionals with hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) processes and experience working with cross-functional SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SD functionalities, including sales order processing, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, and returns.
- Work on end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Configure sales documents, item categories, schedule line categories, copy controls, and partner determination.
- Manage pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, and output determination.
- Handle delivery processing, picking, packing, goods issue, and billing processes.
- Work on customer master data, material master data, and business partner configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD functional issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Work on integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, and other relevant modules.
- Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications.
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
- Good understanding of sales order management and end-to-end O2C processes.
- Experience in pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, and output determination.
- Knowledge of customer and material master data.
- Experience in SAP SD integration with SAP MM and FI/CO.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales.
- Knowledge of Business Partner and SAP Fiori applications.
- Exposure to IDocs, EDI, interfaces, and third-party integrations.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, migration, or upgrade projects.
- Knowledge of SAP LE (Logistics Execution) is an added advantage.
Education
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
