Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the property market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential/commercial real estate

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research

Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings

Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure of sales transactions

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments

Coordinate with internal teams.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline

Key Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

Proven experience in real estate sales or business development

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of local real estate market .

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
