Hiring For Sales Manager- Personal Loan @ Chennai , ROTN & Kerala

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager - Personal Loans with strong market knowledge and proven experience in DSA channel management. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the local market,and surrounding locations, and a demonstrated track record in sourcing and managing personal loan business.

Location : Chennai Anna Nagar, Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Panruti, Pondicherry, krishnagiri, Pudukottai, Salem, Coimbatore, Tutticorin, Tirunvelli, Nagaercoil, Trichy, Cochin, Thrissur, Trainvdrium & Calicut.

Role & responsibilities

• Drive Personal Loan sales through DSA, connector, and direct channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and channel partners.
• Source quality business for Personal Loan products with ticket sizes ranging from 1 Lakh to 25 Lakhs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand channel partner network.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Manage lead conversion and customer acquisition processes efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Personal / Business Loan Sales.
• Strong exposure to DSA/channel sales management.
• Good understanding of the Chennai market with established local contacts.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.
• Experience in handling Personal Loan ticket sizes between 1 Lakh and 25 Lakhs.
