Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 8 to 15 Years in B2B Sales- Stainless steel/MS Steel manufacturing/trading sales.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new customers in sectors such as Engineering,
• Fabrication, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Automobile Railways.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Handle sales of stainless-steel products such as coils, sheets, plates, pipes, bars, and other value-added products.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic sales reports for management review.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers.
• Coordinate with production, planning, dispatch, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to promote company products.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
