Lead Recruiter (Onsite)

Role Summary

Lead Recruiters will anchor end-to-end hiring delivery for assigned verticals. They will

ensure timely closures by managing recruitment pipelines, guiding RPO team, and acting as

the primary liaison with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment delivery for assigned business units/verticals with a focus on quality

and timelines

• Manage and mentor a team of sourcers, coordinators, ensuring adherence to hiring

best practices

• Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to define requirements,

prioritize requisitions, and align on expectations

• Monitor pipeline health, track progress against SLAs, and proactively address

delivery risks

• Provide market insights and hiring intelligence to influence recruitment strategy

• Ensure excellent candidate experience and adherence to process compliance

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of recruitment experience with strong stakeholder management exposure

• Proven expertise in tech product hiring and ability to manage senior-level discussions

• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
