JOB DESCRIPTION
Answering Inbound calls from the guests calling Solving guest queries & providing them with relevant information
Processing room reservations in tandem with the guest query
Reconfirmation of the reservations either by calls or email
Communicate effectively with customers on either call or email/chat
24X7 Shifts/ 5 Days Working with rotational weekoffs
Graduation in any stream,HM / Result Awaited
Salary : 3.50Lpa
