We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager-AR(End to End) medical billing operations and ensure accurate and timely claim processing, revenue optimization, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end medical billing operations
• Ensure timely and accurate claim submission
• Monitor billing KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics
• Handle billing escalations and resolve claim-related issues
• Coordinate with AR, coding, and client teams
• Train, mentor, and manage the billing team
• Prepare reports and support process improvements

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing
• Must be in Assistant Manager as 2 years on paper
• Strong knowledge of RCM, claim submission, and billing workflows
• Experience in team handling and stakeholder management
• Good analytical and communication skills
