Hiring For Quality Engineer For a Leading Real Estate Company - Pune

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our construction and procedures through rigorous inspections, implementation of quality control measures, and identification of areas for improvement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to building high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sulphate chloride test at site and batching plant.
• Cube testing and third-party testing witnessing of all the material as per companys ITP.
• All activity checking from start to finish.
• FTR, WIR & NC raising and preparing of RCA CAPA for the repetitive NCs.
• Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
• Monitor the entire construction cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
• Inspect materials received at site and raise MIR and maintain all quality procedure documentation.
• Identify the root cause of technical issues and recommend fixes
• Prepare reports for Good Practices, Observation, Quality Safety Index and CTQs.
• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
• Conducting site audit and cross site audit as and when required

Requirements and skills

• Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
• B.Tech/BE/DCE with minimum 5 years experience (3+ years for Junior & 5+ years for Senior)
