Role & responsibilities

• Incorporation of Private Limited Company, LLP, AOP, Trust.
• Preparation of Minutes of General Meetings, Board Meeting and other Meeting
• Preparation of Annual Returns documents.
• Issue of shares, share split and Transfer of shares.
• Appointment and removal of Director.
• Voluntary winding up Company/LLP.
• Creation of Charge, Closure of charge, Condonation of Delay of Charge.
• Compounding and Condonation of delay under various sections of Companies Act.
• Alteration of Share capital, alteration of Memorandum & Articles of Association.
• Maintenance of all statutory registers under the Companies Act.
• Filing of any other ROC forms,Form AOC 4, Form MGT 7, Form DPT 3, CSR Filing, Form MSME, AOC 4 XDRL.
• RBI compliances FCGPR, FCTRS, FLA reporting etc.
• GST, MSME, DPIIT, IEC and Trademarks  registrations.
• Import-export code.
• Reply and handling of notices issued by ROC.
• Inspection of public documents of companies filed with ROC through MCA portal.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be experienced in handling of multiple clients.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience as CS qualified or CS trainee.
• Should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without much guidance.
• Excellent in follow-up skills
• Fluent in English. Good verbal and written communications skills
• Working knowledge of advanced ROC portals and forms, MS excel, word, power point.
