Hiring For QS & Billing

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare RA Bills (Running Account Bills) for contractors and subcontractors.
• Verify contractor bills against BOQ, drawings, work orders, and site measurements.
• Check measurements recorded in MB (Measurement Book) and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and reconcile executed quantities with BOQ quantities.
• Verify material consumption, wastage, deductions, and recoveries.
• Coordinate with Site, QS, Contracts, Procurement, and Accounts teams for bill processing.
• Prepare variation statements, extra-item bills, and deviation statements.
• Track certified bills, payments, advances, retention, and other deductions.
• Ensure timely submission and certification of contractor bills.
• Support project cost control and monthly billing/MIS reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and commercial records.
