Role Purpose

Responsible for sourcing and procurement of indirect materials and services, ensuring timely availability, cost optimization, vendor compliance, and uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement of indirect categories such as MRO, consumables, facility management, IT, logistics, AMC, and service contracts.
• Float RFQs, obtain quotations, perform comparative analysis, and finalize suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.
• Create and release Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and service completion.
• Develop and maintain a qualified vendor base.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluation and support vendor audits.
• Monitor contract and AMC renewals to avoid service interruptions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval matrix, and audit requirements.
• Prepare procurement MIS, spend analysis, and cost-saving reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill procurement requirements.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering,
• 2-4 years of experience in indirect procurement/sourcing.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred.
