We are looking for an experienced Product Support Executive with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and excellent customer-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer queries, and providing effective support for Microsoft 365 applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 products and services.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office 365.
- Handle customer queries through voice, chat and email.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.
- Create, update and manage support tickets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer issues and resolutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
Required Skills
- 1-6 years of experience in Product Support, Technical Support or Service Desk.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
- Hands-on understanding of Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
