Product Marketing Manager BeyondSkool & RISE

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Product Marketing Manager to own product positioning, packaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy across BeyondSkool and RISE offerings.

The role is focused on driving revenue growth by strengthening new school acquisition, improving retention, and unlocking upsell opportunities across existing partnerships. You will work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to build a strong, scalable growth engine.

• Location: Mumbai (Marol)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Mode: 5 days from office (Saturday half day work from home)

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive New Sales GTM (Top Funnel Impact)

• Create high-conversion product narratives for:
• K–8 Future Skills Program
• Preschool System
• Grade 9–12 Offerings
• School & Preschool Admissions
• Build GTM campaigns that:
  Generate qualified leads
  Shorten sales cycles
  Improve demo-to-closure conversion
• Develop:
• Landing pages
• Ad messaging
• Brochures & pitch decks

2. Improve Renewals (Retention Engine)

• Understand key drivers of retention for schools and students
• Build renewal-focused communication frameworks
• Create:
  Parent-facing reports
  Outcome-driven communication
  Showcase events & storytelling

Goal: Make programs visible, valuable, and non-removable

3. Drive Upsell & ARPU Growth

• Design tiered product offerings
• Create clear upsell pathways:
• Additional programs
• Premium features
• Partner-led offerings
• Enable sales & customer success teams with:
  Upsell scripts
  Bundling strategies

4. Sales Enablement

• Build tools to help sales close faster:
• Pitch decks
• Objection-handling frameworks
• ROI narratives
• Create messaging that clearly answers:
  “Why should a school invest 5–10L in this?”

5. Feedback Loop & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with:
• Sales
• Customer Success
• School teams
• Capture:
• Objections
• Drop-offs
• Renewal gaps
• Convert insights into:
  Better messaging
  Improved product packaging

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• 4–10 years in:
• Product Marketing / Growth / GTM
• B2B / EdTech / SaaS (preferred)

Must-Have Skills
Strong positioning and storytelling
Proven ability to drive revenue impact (not just branding)
Understanding of pricing, packaging, and upsell strategies
Strong collaboration with sales teams
Analytical and data-driven approach
